Upon a recommendation I recently booked Rob from R and R Executive Travel to pick me up from Norwich to Poole and do the return journey a week later.
Rob is absolutely charming he was so kind to me and respectful. Being a 90 year old man with limited mobility I know my limitations but I also have my pride. He knew exactly how to assist me without me asking.
I live in an apartment on the top floor without a lift he carried my case up and down the stairs which was a relief to me.
He is a very safe good driver, naturally chatty and a very good listener !
I enjoyed both journeys immensely and will definitely use him again when I next visit my family, I can not recommend him too highly.

I recently booked Rob from R and R Executive travel to pick me up from my home in Poole and take me to Terminal 2 London Heathrow and collect me a week later from the airport to Poole, the whole experience was seamless and an absolute pleasure .
Rob is charming, literally nothing is too much trouble , he naturally knows when to engage and when to give you quiet time, something I appreciated very much.
As a customer service trainer you would think he had done one of my courses, he excels in all aspects of ensuring his clients are cared for and their needs exceeded.
Things I particularly appreciated – arrived early for pick up, emailed me the day before to assure me he was expecting my flight the next day, texted me on arrival to let me know he had arrived but reassured me no need to rush through as he was there, chilled water and wet wipes both ways and both needed.
I cannot recommend Rob and R and R Executive Travel enough , I will only be using his services from now on and can’t wait for my next pick up.
